Ingredients

For the brownie

  • 1/3 cup (tea) of Soya Canola Oil (83 ml)
  • 1 and ½ cups sugar (320 g)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 and ½ cups of 50% chocolate powder (150 g)
  • 1 cup wheat flour (120 g)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (2.5 g)

For the cookies

  • 1 cup wheat flour (95 g)
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder (3 g)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (3 g)
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup Soya Canola Oil (62 ml)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar (40 g)
  • ¼ cup caster sugar (50 g)
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla essence (6 ml)
  • ½ teaspoons (60 g) of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation Method

For the brownie

  1. Beat all the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk, hoping for a thick batter.
  2. Spread the dough on a square baking sheet (20x20) lined with baking paper
  3. .

For the cookies

  1. Mix the wheat flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  2. Mix together the egg, oil, sugars and vanilla essence.
  3. Join the two mixtures until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
  4. Add the chocolate chips and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. With the help of a spoon, place pieces of the cookie dough over the brownie dough on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 25 minutes.
