Ingredients

MASSA
Delícia Supreme Light 265 g
Dried grated coconut 50 g
Chemical yeast 20 g
Sugar 270 g
Eggs 4 pcs
Milk 120 ml
Dried grated coconut 200 g
Wheat flour 300 g

COVERY
Condensed milk 395 g
Light coconut milk 200 ml

Preparation Method

MASSA
1. Mix together the wheat flour, grated coconut and yeast. Set aside.
2. Beat the Delícia Supreme Light margarine and sugar in a mixer.
3. While whisking, gradually add the eggs and then alternately add the milk and the dry ingredients.
4. Pour the batter into a rectangular tray, greased with Delícia Cremosa and sprinkled with wheat flour, and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 to 40 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven, leave to cool and cut into squares.

COVERY
6. Mix the condensed milk and coconut milk in a bowl.
7. Place the pieces of cake in this syrup, turn the cake over 2-3 times, drain off the excess liquid and coat all sides in the coconut.
8. Repeat the procedure until all the pieces have been coated.
9. Place on a plate and leave to dry for a few hours.
