Ingredients

  • Meia cebola picada
  • 2 colheres (sopa) de Óleo de Soja Soya (30ml)
  • 1 lata de milho em conserva drenado (170g)
  • 1 xícara (chá) de leite (250ml)
  • Sal a gosto
  • Salsinha picada a gosto

Preparation Method

  1. Roast the onion in the oil until translucent.
  2. Add half the can of corn.
  3. Add the milk and adjust the salt.
  4. Beat everything in a blender and return to the pan until it thickens

Tips: For your creamed corn to be perfect, serve it with breaded chicken fillet!
